Our Return Policy

We want you to love your display as much as the cards inside it. But if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start, log into your account and request a return from your orders page, or email us at toptierdisplay@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
Want a different item? The quickest way is to return your current one and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks and credit card companies may take a little longer to process.)
